BHSOA officials, please sign on to the SDHSAA website and follow the ejection report procedures that are under the official’s zone page. It should be completed by any official who ejects an athlete or coach from a contest in which he or she is officiating. If multiple athletes and/or coaches are ejected from the same contest, a separate form should be submitted for each athlete and/or coach. It is recommended that this form be submitted within 24 hours from the conclusion of the contest. Also forward a copy of the report to the Football or Basketball coordinator.
